Your pack shipment

Packages are dispatched same day after receipt of payment and are shipped via UPS with tracking and drop-off with signature.You have a tracking number for your order. Shipping in USA usually arrive in 2 days, 1 week for Europe.

Your package will be insured again loss. Special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

Broken shipment

If you have any broken piece, we will provide you a replacement piece as soon as possible. If we don't have this piece in stock, it can take a week until we can ship out.

Returns policy

We accept returns. If you have a problem with your vaporizer, email us and we will provide you informations for returning your product. You will be reimbursed in 3-4 days.
