Delivery

We are committed to deliver our products within 48-72 hours. All packages are insured. Our products are sent by UPS and we will provide you the tracking number.

Price

We are dedicated to provie our customers the best price for their purchases of vaporizers and vaporizers accessories.
If you find our products cheaper in USA, we will charge you back the difference.
Our prices are all taxes included.

Warranty

Our instruments are generally guaranteed 1 to 3 years. The duration of the warranty depends on the manufacturer. During the warranty period, we pledge to support the repair procedures. However, if it turns out that the limits of the guarantee has not been observed (broken product..) we won't support the repairing procedure.

Returns

We accept and pay for the returns on all our products. If your vaporiser fails during the warranty or if you're not totally satisfied until 30 days after delivery of the vaporizer, we bear the cost of return of the device.
